Fresh Mango Daiquiri

It’s surprisingly easy to make at home, you will require a cocktail shaker… but if you don’t have one you can use a large jam jar instead.


FOR ONE COCKTAIL YOU WILL NEED:

  • 50ml Bush Rum Mango
  • 25ml passionfruit puree /passionfruit liqueur
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 15ml freshly squeezed lime

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
  2. Add cubed ice into shaker and shake vigorously
  3. Double strain into a martini style glass
  4. Garnish with half a passionfruit and a shot of prosecco (optional)
