We’re reaching for a classic: the Original Mojito.

FOR 2 SERVINGS YOU WILL NEED:

• 100ml Bush Original
• 50ml lime juice
• 30ml sugar syrup
• soda water
• 12-16 mint leaves

1. Muddle the mint leaves and add to two glasses with ice.
2. Pour Bush Original, lime juice and sugar syrup into the glasses, stir, and top up with soda water.
3. Garnish with mint and a lime wedge.
