The beautiful Bossa Nova cocktail, which featured on Mildred’s summer menu is so good, we just had to feature it here!


FOR ONE COCKTAIL YOU WILL NEED:

  • 40ml Bush Passionfruit & Guava
  • 15ml Galliano liqueur
  • 15ml apricot liqueur
  • 10ml lemon juice
  • 50ml equal parts of fresh pineapple juice and orange juice

  1. Add all the ingredients into large glass with ice.
  2. Shake hard for 15 seconds.
  3. Double strain into highball glass with ice.
  4. Garnish with 1 pineapple leaf, half passion fruit and Viola flower.
